Property prices in Bulgaria offer excellent value for money compared
to other areas of Europe. They also offer good investment considering
the long term prospects for the country:
Nato Membership 2004,
Full E.U. Membershi 2007,
Property price has risen 20% in 2003,
The currency is pegged to the euro,
Stable political environment,
An economy which is expanding greatly.
Bulgaria has vast beaches covered with fine golden
sand and natural dunes – the majority of which have been awarded
the EU Blue flag for environmental excellence. Long sunny days enjoy
temperatures in summer of around 25°C to 32°C while the water
temperatures range between 17°C to 25°C .There are more than
240 hours of sunshine in May and September, and more than 300 hours
each for July and August. Winters can get pretty cold in the area. All
year round flights are available from Dublin, Cork or the UK to Sofia
, and in the summertime to Varna & Burgas on the coast. The very
low cost of living is very attractive.
